SAITAMA — An 88-year-old senile woman at a care facility in Saitama Prefecture lost all her right-foot toes after an intruding cat bit them off, facility workers admitted Saturday and offered an apology to the woman's family. The incident occurred between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
