I've been worrying a bit lately that I worry too much.
I'm starting to think that the reason I have trouble
sleeping is that I have all these ideas and concerns
running through my head and I can't quiet them down.
Actually, when I try to sleep, thats when they get
loudest.
So I've been thinking. I need to relax. Maybe I need
to take up yoga or some sort of meditation techniques
that will help me clear my mind.
so if anyone is wondering what to get me for
christmas, maybe a book on relaxation/stress reduction
would be a good idea :)
