Its Christmas time!

The holiday really snuck up on me fast this year. Damn, I'm getting old. I haven't even set foot in the mall to go shopping in a month or so. Well, no work tomorrow. Or the next day, or the next...you get the idea. I'm free until next year. no work-woo hoo!

Taxi cab driver in Japan

so Mitsuki and I were out in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. Finally got a cab and when we asked him how much it would cost to get us back to her house, he quoted us about $20. He started the meter, but we only made it about 3/4 of the way to her house when it hit $20. So instead of letting it run to about $30, which it would have, he just shut the meter off and drove us the rest of the way.

This sort of thing doesn't happen in Chicago.

Gameboys are cool. I got a Gameboy Micro as a
gift-michan, arigato- and its fun to play, and smaller
than my phone. very nifty. I just got to get some
cool puzzle and strategy games for it.

I'm still a bit jet lagged from my trip to japan. Next
week, its back to Mexico. I think that'll be the last
trip this year for me. In January, I've got some
trips back to North Carolina and Tennessee, and
possibly Puerto Rico. I would like to go back to PR,
but I don't think I'll need to as I can get the work
done from the office.
